Roberto and Berenice work in the field of tourism for more than twenty years. Their long-time experience has induced them to open a small room renting (5 rooms with 11/13 sleeping accommodations). In spite of its small dimensions our B&B offers a high standard of comfort, and you will spend a pleasant and relaxing stay not only if you are on holiday but also if you are on a business trip. We will welcome you with courtesy and hospitality, and we will offer the tourist, the passenger and the one who is on a business trip, all useful services.
The B&B Davide is situated in Caresana of Riccò del Golfo (La Spezia) in the Vara Valley, and it is surrounded by the green nature and by clean air. However, you will reach the town in only 10 minutes on the main road nr. 1 Aurelia which connects La Spezia with Genoa. The B&B is separated from the “5 Terre” by a hill with various trails marked out by the C.A.I.. Walking along these trails you will reach Vernazza in only 2 hours and 30 minutes. Moreover, you can reach Portovenere, Lerici and the 5 Terre by car in 30 minutes.
The small villa has recently been restructured, and it consists of two floors. On the first floor there is the reception with the breakfast room and our apartment, as well as the garage for some motorbikes. At the first floor there are 5 rooms which can be reached by an independent entrance from the living room. All rooms are modern and practical, and they have a bathroom with shower and accessories (like e.g. e place for the luggage), TV, if necessary the beds can be transformed into single beds. Two rooms have their own terrace with deckchairs, table and sun blind. The B&B is surrounded by a garden with a small swimming pool for children and with a car park.
Special rates for long stays of those who are on a business trip or of small groups with an organized tour.
